DDU welcomes Iyad Ghazal as a new team member. Iyad is a DAAD-funded (@daad_worldwide) doctoral researcher at the DDU, focusing on modular design for productive facades. His work emphasizes the integration of sustainability with advanced digital fabrication techniques. He holds an MSc in Digital Architecture and Design from the University of Sheffield, UK, which he earned as a recipient of the Chevening Scholarship (@cheveningfcdo). Before starting his PhD, Iyad spent four years as a lecturer at An-Najah National University in Palestine, teaching design studios, computer-aided design, and digital architecture, where he helped shape the skills of future architects.
