DDU congratulates Samim Mehdizadeh

DDU congratulates research alumni Samim Mehdizadeh to his new professorship at the HTW Saar. Just a few weeks ago Samim successfully defended his doctoral thesis on RotoForming at the Department of Architecture at the TU Darmstadt. Samim contributed significantly to the research and teaching of DDU in the last years. Exploring the design, fabrication, behavior and interaction potential of hollow building elements in collaboration with engineers, material scientists, roboticist, practice partners from construction, choreographers, dancers and students created a rich and inspiring body of work. DDU says thank you Samim and is looking forward to become a future collaboration partner!
