Sandro Siefert is a research associate at the Digital Design Unit (DDU). His current research focuses on the interplay between digital fabrication technologies and traditional craft methods.
Sandro holds a Master of Arts in Architecture from the Computation in Architecture Program at CITA, Royal Danish Academy in Copenhagen. He also holds a Master’s Certificate in Stonemasonry from the Meisterschule Aschaffenburg.
As an architectural designer, stonemason, and digital fabrication specialist, Sandro has worked on numerous international projects of different scales in research, heritage preservation, residential, sports, and commercial building projects.
